Charming stay with fantastic hosts
I recently enjoyed a wonderful one-night stay in a cozy Standard Double Room, where the warm hospitality from the owners truly stood out. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing a perfect retreat. Breakfast was delightful with a range of tasty options that set a great tone for the day. My only feedback would be to enhance the local dining options available outside of the pub, as it’s a bit limited for variety.

The room was a decent size but felt a bit cramped. It was clean, though, and the temperature was easy to control. The beds were comfy, which was a big plus. Shower pressure was great! The noise from outside was a bit of a bother at night, especially with other guests nearby. it wasn't bad for a night's stay, just had some issues with sounds and space.

The staff were welcoming during my one-night stay. I was impressed with the breakfast, as the traditional meal was well-prepared. One evening, I enjoyed a drink while chatting with locals in the pub, which added to the overall atmosphere.
The room had noise issues, especially with the floorboards above. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like soap on arrival, which was a bit of a letdown.

Had a nice 3-night stay as a couple. The room was cozy and quiet, though we did hear some noise late at night. The staff were super friendly and the food in the restaurant was really good! Breakfast had great options too. Just wish we'd had a way to contact someone when things got loud at night.
